How Much Does Registration Cost? 

Registration is free of charge. 

 

How Long Does Registration take?

Registration takes less than 3 minutes. Once you register you will have full access to the site.

 

Why Do I Need to Register?

You can search for foreclosure listings without registering. However, to contact or send an offer to the lister or seller of a property, you will need to register and login to your account.

 

What is The Code at the Bottom of the Registration Page?

This is an encrypter to protect your personal information once you submit your registration information.

What is an Online Offer?

A direct offer that a buyer submits on a property.

 

Who is the Online Offer Submitted to?

All Online Offers are submitted directly to the Listing Agent/Office or Seller of a Property.  Offers are not sent to "middle man" agents like most popular real estate websites.

 

How Do I write and Online Offer on a Property?

After you are signed in to your account you can search for a property that you have seen advertised.  Once you have located the property, you can click on the photo which will take you the the property details page.  On this page you will find a "write offer" link which to take you to the Online Offer page.

 

Helpful Hints:  On the actual offer page, you can click on the section titles for descriptions and explanations of each field.  If you're a buyer once your offer is submitted, you will be contacted by the listing agent/office or seller of the property if details are missing or there are questions regarding your offer. 

 

How Long Does it Take to Receive a Response to my Online Offer?

It will usually take 1-3 business days to receive a response from your online offer.  During this time your offer will be reviewed by the Listing Officer or Seller.

 

How will I be contacted regarding the Online Offer that I submitted?

You will be contacted by the Listing Agent/Office or Seller of the property through the email address that you provided in your registration. You will also receive notice in your website mailbox account informing you that there was a message sent to your registration email address. You can also, contact the lister of the property that you submitted and offer on at anytime.

 

Can I change details of my Online Offer once submitted?

Buyers can change details of their offers after being submitted, as all offers are subject to the inspection of the property. 

 

Who is Representing me When I Submit an Online Offer?

If you are a buyer, the Listing Agent/Office that you submit your offer to will represent you and answer questions or concerns regarding the property.  The listing Agent/Office will also provide you will final contracts and provide you with various legal disclosures, if applicable.

After you register and log-in to your account, you can contact the Listing Agent or Seller of a property by the following:

 

1) "Contact Lister "Link  found in the property details page

2) "Request Showing" Link found in the property details page

3) Call the listed Phone Number in the property details page

How Do I Request a Showing or Viewing of a Property That I've Seen?
