ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.

In the event that a dispute shall arise between the parties and ForeclosureBlvd.com, it is hereby agreed that the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable United States Arbitration and Mediation Rules of Arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and legally binding and judgment may be entered thereon.

GOVERNING LAWS.

ALL LEGAL MATERS SHALL BE INTERPRETED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
